Hello song leaders and cantors!

For this weekend we celebrate the 10th Sunday in ordinary time which we only occasionally have for year B since it's normally replaced with Holy Trinity or Corpus Christi Sunday (the cycles are ending earlier this year).

Anyway, we have a new psalm for you by Rick Modlin!

Attached is a copy of it and of the worship aid for this weekend, and below are a couple of links to the psalm. We'll be singing it more like the St Columba (east coast) cantor

It only has one verse of it, but more our style, except we'll be slower

Complete

...and yet another complete, just harder to hear

We can take a look at it tomorrow (by then you'll have had some time to hear and begin going through it. If you can come a little earlier to the music ministry potluck we can sing it at 6:30pm or we can sing it afterwards, but it definitely needs to be gone through ahead of time. If we're struggling with notes, our ability to pray it as a song/psalm will be much more difficult.

We're also changing to Mass of Glory by Canedo and Hurd.

Blessings,

Joe
